What we collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and flat listing details that you provide when using Flattie.

To operate the flatmate-matching service, verify your identity, send OTP codes, and deliver push notifications about matches and messages.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not show advertisements. We do not share your phone number without your consent.

Your data is stored on secured servers. Flat photos and videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
